TEAM STI COLLEGE-ORMOC

These are the Management, Faculty, and Staff who make up STI College-Ormoc.

The Management

Atty. Antonio R. Lucero, Jr., MBA

President

STI College-Ormoc is in good hands, with Atty. Lucero at its helm.

As the former Philippine Branch Manager of the Coca-Cola Export Corporation—at that point, only the second Filipino to ever hold that top position—he has had valuable experience managing of one of the biggest corporations in the country. Prior to that responsibility, he served as the company’s Administration and Personnel Manager.

Atty. Lucero graduated from De La Salle University Manila with a BS degree in Commerce (Major in Accounting, Minor in Economics), before serving as a faculty member there for two years. Later on, he would finish his Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University. To further his professional growth, he took up law at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law (graduating with Second Honors) and became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

His entrepreneurial drive has seen him put up and manage a number of businesses, including Starlift Trading and Services, Lighted Gardenia Realty, Contour Integrated Services, Jamluck Development Company, STI College-Tacloban, and STI College-Ormoc.

He has also been active in socio-civic organizations, such as the Coca-Cola Foundation Phil., Coca-Cola Bottlers Phil. Retirement Plan, Rotary Club of Midtown Cubao, Don Pedro Mill District Development Foundation, Batangas Agricultural Producers Association, AANI Mango Industry Network Foundation, and the Katbaloganon (KFI) Foundation.

Ramon M. Lucero

Vice President

Although he graduated with an Economics degree from Ateneo de Manila University, Sir Monchu’s passion has always been for the arts. He now shares his unique combination of talents with the STI community.

For over 20 years, he has been working as a multimedia designer, illustrator, web designer, and photographer, and has attended various workshops in the Philippines and abroad to hone his craft. Among the companies he has done projects for are Globe, L’Oréal, Bed Head, Human Nature, and University of the Philippines.

As a member of two prominent music ministries (Bukas Palad and Hangad) and the ensemble Vocal Synergy, he has recorded multiple albums and performed in numerous shows at some of the biggest venues in Manila. Among the artists he has worked with are Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, APO Hiking Society, Jose Mari Chan, Sam Concepcion, Bituin Escalante, and the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.

Beyond performing, he has taken on other roles, such as concert producer, record producer, vocal coach/arranger, and voice-over talent. And though he wouldn’t be classified as a celebrity, he has already appeared on television, in music videos and a movie (look him up on Spotify, Apple Music, and IMDB).

He currently designs most of STI College-Ormoc’s collaterals and social media materials. He has also been involved in our Performing Arts Organization, and has produced a number of concerts and musicals featuring STI’s students.
