Jefferson Roi M. Barabad, a proud BS Tourism Management (Batch 2024) graduate from STI College-Ormoc, is now one of the Top 10 Passers of the CSE-PPT Subprofessional Level, ranking Top 6 nationwide with an outstanding rating of 94.50%!

The CSE-PPT Subprofessional Level is a test for individuals seeking first-level (clerical) government positions in the Philippines that require less than four years of college education. It is one of the two levels of the Career Service Examination, the other being the Professional Level. The exam is administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
