STI Scholarship Programs
STI offers various scholarships to help students in need.

STI Open Scholarship (SOS) Program
The STI Open Scholarship (SOS) program aims to provide partial and full scholarship grants to academically deserving students. Through the program, the institution extends its assistance to students and their families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

STI Tanging Yaman
The Tanging Yaman Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides full educational assistance to deserving students. This includes coverage for tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, and other school-related expenses.
Government Educational Assistance Programs
STI provides scholarship grant on tuition fees for qualified members, family members, or dependents of the following government institutions.

Ormoc LGU Scholarship
The Ormoc City LGU Scholarship Program is a city-funded initiative designed to support deserving students—from incoming Grade 12 students through college and even law school—with allowances, tuition grants, and incentives for academic excellence.

GSIS-STI Educational Assistance Program
New students and transferees who are qualified members, dependents, or have family members of up to the 6th civil degree of consanguinity and/or affinity will get 20% tuition fee subsidies in senior high school and college.

Pag-IBIG-STI Educational Assistance Program
New students who are members or qualified dependents of a Pag-IBIG Loyalty or Loyalty Plus cardholder up to 2nd civil degree of consanguinity and/or affinity may get 10% scholarship grant benefits when they enroll in their chosen Senior High School or College program.

Pag-IBIG HELPS - Student Loan Program
A short-term loan program designed to help Pag‑IBIG members cover education and health expenses. Funds are directly credited to accredited schools or hospitals—no processing fees, full amount goes to your institution
Subsidy and Voucher Programs
STI accepts the following grants and voucher holders from the Department of Education (DepEd), Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), and Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) in all campuses nationwide.

CHED - Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
TES is a Philippine government financial aid program under Republic Act 10931—the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act—administered by CHED in coordination with UniFAST.

CHED - TDP - Tulong Dunong
The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is part of CHED’s Student Financial Assistance Programs (StuFAPs). It provides educational assistance to underprivileged but deserving college students. The grant helps cover tuition, school fees, and other educational expenses.

CHED - CMSP - CHED Merit Scholarship Program
The CMSP is CHED’s merit‑based scholarship under its Student Financial Assistance Programs (StuFAPs). It awards Full and Half Scholarships to academically excelled Filipino senior high school graduates enrolling in CHED-approved priority degree programs

DepEd Senior High School Voucher Program
Incoming Grade 11 students from Public Schools will automatically get a Senior High School Voucher from the Department of Education.

PEAC Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Grants
Incoming Grade 11 students from Private Schools, Alternative Learning System (ALS) passers, and Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) passers may apply for an ESC grant for Senior High School.
Student Loan Program
STI provides students with student loan assistance with simple application and fast approval process as financial support in their education.


UniFAST and DBP's National Student Loan Program
College students and transferees who will be taking or are currently taking their first undergraduate degree may apply for as much as PhP60,000* with zero interest rate student loan program from UniFAST and the Development Bank of the Philippines.
